Caricatures from photos trading terms
All images, paintings, drawings and digital documents created by Caricatures and Portraits (C&P) are the property of Paul Gurney Communications Limited (trading terms) until paid for in full at the agreed amount presented by email in writing (invoice).
The client agrees payment in full for the price quoted before completion of the portrait or caricature after the ‘rough sketch’ is approved.
The client agrees no refunds are available.
The client has full copyright of all images created for them by C&P and can use them at the clients pleasure.
The client does not have any rights in accessing or obtaining the original files except copies of the original file in required formats for print production and use on the internet. File including these formats are accessible to the client:- jpeg, gif, png, tiff and eps only.
The client agrees that C&P can and shall use any images created by C&P for promotional use only.
C&P retain the right to refuse to do any work if they deem unfit or unfair at their discretion.
Caricatures and Portraits is a trading website of Paul Gurney Communications Limited. Company number 4762263.
VAT is charged where applicable. VAT number 986 4838 50.
Caricatures (Caricaturist) for Live Events
Paul Gurney Communications Limited has Public Liability insurance.
Paul Gurney of Paul Gurney Communications Limited has had a criminal record check.
All drawing caricature portraits are included in the price and are the whole property of the sitter to keep.
The sitter agrees for me to use their image and portrait for promotional purposes for my website and literature.
Clients shall pay the whole fee before commencement of the caricaturist performance.
Paul Gurney Communications reserves the right not to attend or leave any event if they deem it unsafe or unfit to work in.
There are no refunds once the performance has been delivered or of any deposits.
If the full fee is paid before the performance, the fee is returned up to 2 weeks before the performance date and 1 week before 50% of the fee is returned. The deposit is not repaid on cancellation.
The artist will make every effort to inform the client if delayed or due to unforeseen circumstances can not attend and is not liable for any loss or compensation to the client.

Privacy
In the execution of our business I will only use your contact details to organise bookings or commissions. I will not pass on these details to any third party or use them in any way other than conducting communications with clients.
